Refund Policy
1. Telehealth Services: Fees for telehealth evaluations are clearly disclosed prior to checkout. Once a
licensed medical provider has reviewed a case or conducted a consultation, service fees are
non-refundable as medical services have been rendered.
2. Prescription Medications: Prescription medications are compounded and dispensed by a licensed
U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacy pursuant to a patient-specific prescription. Due to federal
and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications are not eligible for return or refund once
dispensed or shipped.
3. Authorization & Approval: Payment information is collected at checkout and charges are authorized
by the patient. Funds are captured only after medical approval when applicable. If a provider
determines that treatment is not medically appropriate prior to prescription processing, medication
charges will not be captured.
4. Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to prescription transmission to the
pharmacy. Once a prescription has been transmitted for compounding and fulfillment, orders cannot be
canceled or refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery Issues: In the event of a verified lost or damaged shipment, patients must notify
HombreRx LLC within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Replacement decisions are made in
coordination with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier.
6. Subscription Billing (If Applicable): Subscription terms, billing frequency, and renewal dates are
clearly disclosed prior to enrollment. Patients may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next
billing cycle through their account portal or by contacting support.
7. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes: Patients agree to contact HombreRx LLC directly to resolve billing
concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes for valid, disclosed services may delay
resolution and documentation will be provided to the payment processor as required.
